1 General Terms & Conditions

Bku9.pro ("Platform", "we", "us") provides an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh and internationally. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form the basis of the agreement between bku9 and its users ("you", "user").

2 Account Register

To register an account with bku9, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Creating an account using false or misleading details is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination.

3 Age & Eligibility

The following conditions must also be met:

• Online gaming or betting is not legally prohibited in your country of residence.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• Your gaming activity has not been restricted by any court order.
• You are not an employee of bku9 or a member of their immediate family.

Bku9 may request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in the account being temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits & Payments

Bku9 currently accepts deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

8 Prohibited Activities

• Hacking or Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate games using software, bots, or any other method.
• False Information: Providing false or fraudulent documents during registration or the verification process.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Chargeback: Filing a chargeback after a payment has already been processed.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Bku9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• When KYC verification is requested and the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe.
• Where there is a report of suspicious transactions or fraud.
• When the user requests to close their own account.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.

10 Limitation of Liability

Bku9 is not liable for the following:

• Issues arising from the user's internet disconnection.
• Loss caused by a technical fault on the user's device.

• Losses resulting from sharing account details with a third party.
